A Single Point of Contact - Creative Dedicated Account Managers
You will have an experienced dedicated account manager assigned to you. They will advise you on the initial concepts as well as suggesting new and innovative products and ideas for your promotion. Once your order has been placed and handed on to our customer car team they continue to keep in regular contact you.
Customer Care Team
Once you have placed your order you will talk to one of our dedicated customer care advisors who will manager all aspects of production from art work, proofing and final delivery. We keep track of your deliveries to ensure they get delivered on time and to the right destination. Only after your goods have been delivered and you are fully satisfied with them do we consider our job completed. We want you to be total happy with both the products and our service.
Far East and Ethical Sourcing Buyer- Keeping your Products Safe and Legal
Propaganda understands that, whilst there are savings to be made by sourcing products from the Far East, there are also risks involved. It's all very well having your products arrive on time and to budget but if those products don't comply with strict safety standards, it can prove extremely detrimental to your brand!

In addition, we can implement independent audits of the factories that we use. These audits pick up any safety or quality issues at the point of production, allowing us to take action as soon as possible, minimising any impact on delivery dates.
