1. Annual Leave
At Propaganda we promote a healthy holiday/work-life balance, where staff are entitled to 23 days holiday per annum (3 days must be taken over the Christmas period).
2. Birthday
An additional ½ day holiday is awarded on your birthday.
3. Working Times:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
4. Incentive Scheme
Staff at Propaganda are rewarded for a variety of achievements including length of service and exceptional standards of work behaviour.

We have two company events a year. Our summer event involves a team building fun barbeque. Our legendary Christmas party is the highlight of the year.
