...... I have been reflecting on our relationship with Propaganda so thought I would commit some thoughts to email.
As I have always maintained, you are the best promotional merchandise agency I have ever worked with, your blend of fantastic customer service, superb account handing and innovative product sourcing and selection have made me discard your competitors brochures for months as I know they will struggle to get close to you on price or service.
Credit where credit is due, Maya has been fantastic in cultivating our relationship. .... Being honest, I was reluctant to meet in the first instance as I was happy to use one of my existing suppliers, however since our first meeting I have spoken to no one else due to your attitude, willingness to please and ability to deliver.
So many companies have very strong business development executives but once the business is won and account passed to the 'team' the day to day experience is very different. This is where propaganda really shines for me. I get passed from a very strong account director to the outstanding Roxanne. As a hygiene factor, she provides quotes, sources products and manages my account fantastically, but this is not where I feel her real strengths lie. She understands our business and finds opportunities to help me source products and save money on items that I would not have even considered you for. Her service, customer focus and tenacity are second to none and her ability to not only retain, but to grow accounts in a competitive cut price marketplace is a real asset.
Thank you for all your support this year, I have really felt you have been on our side, as a partner.
